It's me, Agustina 💖
I created Pole Cycle after years of teaching, training and listening to hundreds of women.
I realized something simple but powerful:
Most of us don’t quit pole because we don’t love it.
We quit because we turn it into pressure.
Pole Cycle is my way of sharing a different vision:
Pole as a space to enjoy your body, reconnect with yourself and grow in a sustainable, loving way.
This is the way I train now.
